Create Staff Till Login
We recommend each staff member has a login created for them. It might be useful to use an easy 4-digit pin number they can remember, for example the last 4 digits of their phone number.
To set up individual staff logins: Open FasTrak Admin and go to the Login page, select Add User, enter the person’s name in the Login name box and enter a password (this is required but will only be used if the login is used online). Enter a Comment, for example just copy the Login name.
Select the User Type as Client User and choose the options you wish the user to have access to. If all you want is for them to log into the Till, then just select the Till option. If more than one option is selected when the staff member logs into the Till they will be given a choice of what they can do. If the staff member is going to be a supervisor and is allowed to authorise discounts and refunds, then select Supervisor under the Till Option section.
You may want Till staff to be able to close the Till at the end of service, if so, select the Exit Application option. If the account is to be linked to biometrics or a card, then select the staff member from the Staff Account list.
