Card Scanner Stopped Working

You will need to run the FasTrak Client Setup application. This can be found under the Windows Icon at the bottom left of the screen. From the menu, choose: All applications > FasTrak Client > FasTrak Client Setup. In the client setup window choose the Device tab. You will see a section for card scanners. If the scanner is connected correctly to the till it will appear in this window. Click on the scanner and choose the Select button. You will see a green tick appear on the scanner icon in the window. Now click OK at the bottom of the client setup window, and start the till Client Software.
