Reset Cashloaders
Setting the Cashloader to Maintenance mode
In order to clear blockages we must first set the cashloaders to maintenance mode.
- Login toFasTrak Admin by double clicking the logo.

Then enter your login name and password in the pop-up box:
- Then click on the green tick.

The IRIS BioStore FasTrak Admin front page will open. Click on the Maintenance tab (circled in red).

Under Maintenance, locate Reval control and select the option for Turn all off for maintenance.

Go to the Cashloader, but before attempting to alter anything behind the top door of the machine it is necessary to locate the electrical supply and turn off to prevent damage. Depending on how the equipment has been installed there will be a three-pin socket or a fused electrical supply. Either switch off the electric at the socket or disconnect the electrical lead from the power adapter unit.
Resetting the coin and note mechanisms
The top compartment of the Cashloader should be opened up.
First, the note reader has a purple button on the top. Hold this down for 2-3 seconds to reset the mechanism.
If the problem is with the coin mechanism the Blue button can be held down on the coin mechanism shown below (for 2-3 seconds)
Version 1 Cashloader
On a version 1 cashloader you can also re-seat the SD card. Once the above steps have been done, Switch the Cashloader off. This can be done either by switching it off at the mains or by unplugging the power supply inside the cashloader.
Once the Cashloader is turned off press on the SD card to pop it out, then push it back into place, to make sure it is securely in place(Circled below). This is the most important step for clearing issues on a v1 Cashloader. Do not skip
The Cashloader can now be turned back on, locked, and taken out of maintenance mode in FasTrak Admin. Then test the cashloader to check if the problem has been resolved.
