Open the IDReval Setup application and select the Control tab, make sure that the Service is started. If this was already running then you will need to check the configuration of each cash loader and make sure the IP Address matches the actual physical address displayed on the IDPoint display and that no other computer equipment on the network has a clashing IP Address.

A simple check to see if the cashloader is available would be to open a command window (Type CMD at the window search), type Ping followed by the IP address. This will check if it can connect through to the device, if it can you will see a series of Reply lines, if it fails you will receive Request timed out.
