Reports not Listed in Help Center

It may be that your system is running an older version of IRIS FasTrak which doesn't have some newer reports. In some cases the report differences might be due to the type of system you are running, usually these reports are only relevant to the type of system that it is available on.

You can arrange for your system to be updated via the Customer Support Team who can be reached via phone, email, or ticket.
