New Users Not Added in IRIS FasTrak

You will need to check in ID Manager to see if the student has been imported into IRIS BioStore. If they are found in ID Manager, select the user, go to Programs, and ensure Included and Enabled are ticked for the IRIS FasTrak program. If the user is not in ID Manager then you will need to ask your School I.T. to investigate to see if something is preventing the connection between the schools MIS and IRIS BioStore. Please be aware that this is often caused by the IRIS BioStore licence having expired and then exceeding the default 60-day grace period. If School I.T. are unable to resolve then they will need to contact IRIS BioStore Support for a copy of the document that explains how to check the GroupCall extract from the schools MIS and teh and IRIS BioStore Gateway application
