Import Photo Batch

You will need to first export a list of users from ID Manager.

Select the People Page and highlight all people you require photos for. Then choose Tools from the tab at the bottom of the window.

Select CSV Export and save the file. It would be useful at this point to name it something meaningful like “PhotoImport.csv”.

Now open up the csv file. you will need only 2 columns in the CSV: the $StudentID which needs to be renamed to PersonID, and a new column called Photo. This field will contain the corresponding photo name and extension for each person, but not the source folder, i.e. Photo1001.jpg.

Once you have a complete list you need to save and close the editing program.

Go back into ID Manager and Select the People page and Tools tab. Now select CSV Import. In the Import Option select CSV. It contains a list of photographs for import. Now choose the CSV file by clicking on the "..." browse button. Choose the green right arrow at the bottom to move to the next page. On this page select the Folder where the photographs can be found. Choose the right arrow again to move to the next page, if all is correct with the CSV file and photo folders click the right arrow again to import.
