ID Manager Students Missing in IRIS FasTrak
The most common problem when this happens is that the people have not been included and enabled for IRIS FasTrak. Open ID Manager. Open the People page, select the people who have not appeared in IRIS FasTrak and select Edit Multiple. In the Program Tab make sure the Include and Enable options are ticked for IRIS FasTrak. Select the Green Tick to confirm. The people should now appear in IRIS FasTrak.
