Connect ID Manager to the IRIS BioStore Database

When installed in a new location,ID Manager needs to be manually configured to connect to the BioStore Primary Server. Open ID Manager, but before logging on click the Edit Configuration button, located at the bottom of the window (hover over the buttons in this window to see what they are for). The window that appears will have a list of icons; select Server and enter the IP Address/Name and Port Number of the Primary Server. The IP Address/Name is the computer that the Primary Server is installed on, and the port (default 1001) can be found by opening the Primary Server Setup application and selecting the Configuration tab. Click the OK (tick) button to save the changes, and then log in to ID Manager.
