Update — 30th June 2022

IRIS Assets update available from 30th June 2022. This release includes the following new features and fixes for known issues:

Fixes and Updates

  • Helpdesk Notifications now correctly sent when tickets are updated or the status is changed
  • Images added to assets now correctly displayed in the IRIS Assets app for both Android and Apple (iOS)
  • Warning now displayed if Asset ID or Asset Name have not been entered
  • View ticket links in Schedule ticket allocated notification emails now display the correct ticket
  • Warning now displayed if adding a user with an email address already registered to an IRIS Assets account
  • Webcam light is deactivated when no longer using the QR Reader
