Update — 12th July 2022

IRIS Assets update available from 12th July 2022. This release includes the following new features and fixes for known issues:

New Features

• Drag and drop facility added to file upload feature for asset tickets

Fixes and Updates

• Resolved issues with Apple (iOS) app crashing on iPad 7th generation devices when synchronising
• All information correctly displayed when using SCAN from the Helpdesk on Apple (iOS) app
• Ticket count for Active Support Tickets now displays correctly.
• Reports selected as Display on my dashboard now displayed correctly
• Media files, such as videos and images, can now be added when editing assets
