Data View Toolbar Icons

The Data View toolbar is displayed at the top of any data view and provides access to a variety of different options as listed below.

	Recalculate - refreshes the data in the data view.
	Clear - clears any pending changes in the data view.
	Auto Calculation - toggles auto calculation on and off.
	Save - saves the current data view.
	Clone - saves a copy of the current data view with an automatically generated name.
	Undo - undoes the last action.
	Redo - Redoes the last action that was undone.
	Hide Rows - hides empty rows.
	Hide Columns - hides empty columns.
	Visual Data - provides a drop-down list of visual options, such as charts.
	MDX - views MDX (a query and calculation language). For advanced users only.
	Flip - flips the columns and rows around.
	Drill - drills into the transactional data relating to the selected cells, which is displayed on a separate tab.
	Linked Analytics - provides access to any linked reports or data views.
	Excel - downloads the data view to Microsoft Excel.
	PDF - downloads the data view as a PDF file.
