Overview of Drill-down

Drilling down is the reverse of rolling-up. When you drill down into the data, you are analysing the data at different levels within the hierarchy. For example, you could drill-down into countries, to analyse cities, or drill down into time to analyse data monthly, weekly, daily, etc.
