Overview of Dimensions

Dimensions are lists of related items that define certain aspects of your organisation and can be likened to categories. In the following example, the data cube has dimensions of TimeProduct and Country. This could be correlated to spreadsheets, each containing Product rows and Time columns, with a spreadsheet for each Country.

When working with data views and reports, dimensions are the rows and columns that you want to include, such as nominals, accounts, cost centres, locations, etc.
