Sharing a Data View
Once created, data views can be shared with another user by sharing the URL of the view. The data that can be viewed is determined by the user's IRIS Analytics permissions. Unless you are an Administrator, this is the only way that you can share a data view with another user. If you are Administrator, you can share the view by saving it and making it public.
- Hover over the data view tab until an additional set of icons are displayed.
- Click the Email icon to create an email (using your default email client) containing the URL which can then be sent to another user. Click the Copy icon to copy the URL to the clipboard which can then be pasted into an email or document as required.
