This screen is accessed via the Data Input tab within the tax return.

Tick the appropriate box(s):

• Does partnership have partners who are not resident in the UK?

• Has partner in overseas business who is not UK domiciled or not ordinarily resident?

• Return submitted on behalf of European Economic Interest Grouping?

• Partnership statement drawn up using tax rules for non-residents?
