Add a user and / or upgrade licensed users
To add to your number of users:

Go to Settings.

Select the Users tab and then Add a new user.
If you have exceeded the number of licensed users, you will need to either:

remove a licence from an already listed user before creating this new user

if you wish to upgrade and increase your number of active licensed users, then use the Licence tab in this screen and use the Upgrade option to adjust your subscription accordingly and add a further licence to your account
