Migrating your data to IRIS Elements

Migrations from Taxfiler to IRIS Elements are now complete.

Taxfiler has now been decommissioned. For information on using IRIS Elements, go to the IRIS Elements Help Centre.

How to request access to your data

To support your transition, you can request 10-day access to your data by emailing support@taxfiler.co.uk. Our team will verify each request through strict authentication. You may submit multiple requests during this period, but each will grant access for up to 10 days. All requests must be submitted by 31st July 2025, after which all access and data will be permanently removed.

If you have migrated to Elements Tax & Accounts, we recommend enabling multi-factor authentication (MFA) to further protect your account. All your historical data should be available within Elements, so there is no need to access Taxfiler.
