Active and inactive client count

The Active Client tool lists the number of active clients you have.

This count includes any clients that you have worked on, where accounts, returns and or VAT returns have been submitted within the 12 month period. These clients are counted as active clients for the 12 months following a count.

The non live clients will not be included in the client count and should be retained on the database since once deleted they cannot be restored. Any deleted data will need to be re-entered manually if you realise that the data is in fact required.

The Active Client list tool (found in Tools/spanner icon), will list the clients only as you have marked them active / inactive.

It is not necessary to delete clients from your database since only the active clients who have been worked on, or submitted, will be counted.
