Live jobs
Once a job has been created, you can look inside it to show you useful information, view and complete tasks, record time and upload documents.
To open a live job, click on the name of the job anywhere it appears in Senta by IRIS. This could be in the Work tab, Jobs list or Task list.

Job features
At the top of the job, you'll find a summary of the job's key dates as well as multiple features listed out below.
Add note - add a note to the job which will show under the Notes tab of the job and on the client record. For more information on notes, see our guide.
Record time - record time against that job to show under the Time tab on the job and the client record.
Change dates - change the job date or use the arrow to view other dates to change such as the production date and any of the key dates in the live job. Please be aware that changing job dates and key dates may also change your task start and due dates.
Send email - quickly create an email to the primary contact of client or select the arrow to choose from other contacts from the record.
More actions - cancel the job from this menu. Selecting tasks in the jobs will also give you additional options.
Job documents
The Documents tab allows you to upload and store documents directly on a job. These documents will also display in the Documents tab on the client record.
Any documents uploaded via the Upload a document task in this job will upload to the Documents tab. You can also request an electronic signature of any of these documents (PDF only).
Task features
In the Details tab, under the job summary, you'll find the task list which shows all of the tasks in that job.
Select a task to expand and see the available task features.
Blue action button - complete the task in whichever way determined by its task type. For example, our screenshot shows Send the email as this is a Send email task. Once a task is completed it will be marked with a time and date stamp, and the name of the user who completed it.
Snooze - snooze a task for a particular time period, meaning it will not show up in the assigned users' task list during that time.
Assignee - see who the task is assigned to and re-assign that task to another user. This will only affect the task in that instance of the job. The assignee will need to be changed in the job template, if all future tasks need to be assigned to someone different.
Add note - add a note to that task (this will not complete the task). The note will display on that task and in the Notes tab on the job and client record. For more information on notes, see our guide.
More - gives you access to the options to change the start or due date for that task. You also have the option to cancel the task.
If you wish to make a change to multiple tasks at once, select the tasks using check boxes on the left hand side. Once selected, open the More actions menu at the top to perform bulk actions on those tasks.
