Sign in to the client portal

You can sign in to the Client portal using Android and iPhone devices connected to Wi-Fi or a mobile network. Internet connection is required, especially when opening and signing documents.

  1. Once you receive the activation email sent from your practice, click the link (it will look something like this: https: //exampleaccountancy.senta.co)

  2. On the sign in page, enter your email address and the password you created during account set up, then click Sign in. Or, click Sign in with Google and enter your Gmail address.

  3. If you want the browser to remember your sign in details, click Remember me.

  4. Click Next. The Client portal is displayed.

Forgotten your password?

Click Forgotten password to reset your password. Enter your email address

Please note that the password reset links often end up in the Spam/Junk folder so please check those folders before contacting our support team at support@senta.co.
