How contacts with multiple companies use the client portal
Often a client will have two or more companies and you'll be adding them as a contact on each of them.
When you activate a contact for their first company,a message is displayed:
When you activate a client for their second (or subsequent) company, they are not sent an activation email, as long as they have the same email address as the other contact. Instead, this new company is associated with their existing credentials and a different message is shown:

When the client logs into their Senta portal, t they can switch between their company or individualprofiles using the menu at the top right
Once a profile has been selected, the client will see tasks, documents, and things they must do for that profile.
There's no limit to the number of different profiles a contact can have. Simply activate the contact on all of their records , ensuring each one has the same email address.
