Using the Client portal
The client portal ensures that any information or documents that you share with your accountant or bookkeeper can be easily managed and kept secure.
You’ll get an email from your accountant or bookkeeper notifying you if you need to do something, such as uploading a document or reviewing a tax return.
Switching between accounts
If you're linked to more than one account, you can switch between different portals (your individual and corporate accounts for example). Click on the account name to sign in.
You can check which account you're currently logged into at the top right corner of the client portal screen.
To switch to another account, click on the account name displayed and select another account.
