Can't open or view a PDF
There are a few reasons why you might not be able to view a PDF in IRIS KashFlow.
These can all be resolved fairly easily.

You do not have Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader - to get Adobe Reader, click here and get it for free!

You can’t view PDF’s when selecting Update & Preview in the invoice settings section of IRIS KashFlow - this is probably because you have no invoices set up yet; we use the last invoice to generate the preview. If you have no invoices set up simply create one to test with. You can delete it afterwards.

You still can’t view PDF’s when selecting Update & Preview in the invoice settings section - if you're still unable to view PDF's then you are probably using Chrome. There is a known issue with Chrome and we are working on a fix for this. In the mean time you can either go to the sales screen and preview an invoice there or use a separate browser while setting up the design of your invoice.

You can’t view an invoice when you click Print Invoice- go to Settings > Advanced Settings and select the PDF’s in New Window option. This will open the invoice in a new window and allow you to preview invoices.
If you are still having invoice problems, contact support, they will be able to assist further.
