Issue payment receipts

A payment receipt is a proof of payment document that can be issued to customers to show that their money has been received.

  1. Go to Sales invoices (take me there in the app), then select the required invoice.

  2. From the Payments section, select Print or Email next to the applicable payment line.

  3. If Print was selected, a preview of the PDF is shown. Select Print from your browser. If Email was selected, a draft email is shown which can be changed. Select Send (a PDF copy of the payment receipt is sent).
