Default settings for new clients
Configure the default settings for new client accounts that you are going to create.
Go to Settings then select Settings.
Localisation
You can alter how tax and the associated revenue are referred to by amending the text in Tax Name and Revenue Name. You can also select the currency and currency symbol position, along with the date format to use.
Copy settings
For each of the items VAT Rates, Invoice Settings, Suppliers , Products, API Settings, Payment Methods, Reports Access, Settings Access, you can select an existing clients' configuration to base new clients on.
Select or clear the options to allow or disallow:

Allow Promotional Emails from IRIS KashFlow

Remove EC Options

Remove Flat Rates Scheme Options

Remove Cash Accounting Options

Remove Suspense Code

Receive email notifications for VAT and ECSL submissions for all clients
Auto renew settings

If you wish to use Auto Renew, change the Auto Renew option to Yes.

Select the Payment Option.

KashFlow credits - use your IRIS KashFlow's credit to pay for renewals.

Debit / Credit Card - select a saved card to pay for renewals.

If you select KashFlow Credits the card number field is not needed and will remain inactive.

If you selected Debit / Credit Card, select the Card Number from the list which one to use for auto renewal and upgrades.
Cards need to be saved in My Account > Card Details before they are available for selection.

Select Update.
These options will only be visible by Admin role user accounts. Admin roles can activate these options for Client Manager roles in the Additional Users menu.
Auto Renew Communication Options
Send confirmation email to clients for auto renewal - with this option selected, IRIS KashFlowwill email the client contact each time an auto renew or upgrade has been successful.
Receive reminder emails XX days before expiry date - with this option selected you will receive a reminder email before the expiry date of a client so that you can decide if you still want that client to upgrade / renew. If yes, check that you have sufficient IRIS KashFlow Credits. Or, ensure that your credit or debit card is active and the account has sufficient funds. By default, this is set at 2 days but you can enter any number of days you would prefer.
