Create a new user

To create a new user:

  1. Select the User (face icon) and select Additional Users.

  1. Select Add User.

  2. Enter the First Name, Last Name and Email Address for the new user, than select Next.

  3. Select the clients you want the user to work with. Start typing in the Clients field to search and select the name to add. You can choose multiple clients. Finally, select the + icon to add them to the new user. Select Next.

Selecting the role

IRIS KashFlow Connect uses two role templates, Admin or Client Manager.

By default Admin role users will have full access. Client Manager role users will not have access to detach clients, global client settings, manage additional users and branding settings.

Once you have selected the role, you can then decide to set further restrictions for that particular user. Clear the checkbox of any option you want to restrict for the new user.

Select Finish to create the user account. The new user will receive an activation email with links to set their password and activate their account.
