Updating PTP Share Register

Update Installations

1. Go to the download webpage: http://www.iris.co.uk/support/ptp-software-support/

2. Click the Downloads link.

3. Next select the PTP Share Register link on the New installation. When prompted select the Save option.

4. Select Desktop then click Save again.

5. This installation must be carried out on the PC/Server where the main installation is located. It is no longer possible to install PCSR over a networked drive.

5. PCSRSetup-v17.XXXX

6. Click OK.

7. Click Setup.

The following displays; do not close this screen:

8. Click Next.

9. Select I Agree to the terms of this Licence Agreement, then click Next.

10. Select the Full install option, then click Next.

11. Click Next.

12. Click Next.

13. Enter the information required and click Next.

14. Click Next.

15. Click Install.

Do not click Cancel.

A number of database upgrade screens display; this is normal:

16. Click Finish.
