How
do I point PTP Platform/ CT Platform to the correct location? 
There are two ways to do this
You can go into Tax Platform – Click on the Spanner Icon – Configuration.
At the bottom of the page it will say where the data is located and you
can change this by clicking on the box just right of the location
The second way this can be done is by going into the PTP installation directory
and opening up the PTP.ini file, this will open up a notepad. In the notepad
you will need to change the DatabaseDir and the ServerMDBPath to the correct
location
After updating PTP I cannot
bring client forward as it is giving me an error. How do I fix this?

You can fix this by downloading the version reset tool, selecting the latest
year, selecting what products you use and clicking on update.
