How to Save the Tax Return as a PDF document

Creating the PDF

  1. Log on to PTP Tax Platform and select the client.

  2. Select the Client Tax Returns tab, select the Tax Return and click Print Tax Return to access the following screen.

  3. Select the Preview Window option within the Output to: section then click Print Tax Return.

  1. Once the Tax Return has been generated click Save located in the top left corner of the screen.

  2. The file name and location will default to the client code and PDF folder that the program uses to activate the Email and View PDF buttons in the Client Tax Returns tab. Click Save.
