Staff: Preferences

Introduction

This screen is used by Time & Fees to determine the style of timesheet a staff member will use.

 

To access this screen:

Log into System Maintenance

Click on staff

Select Staff maintenance

Highlight a staff member and click on View

Click on the my preferences tab.

or alternatively,

Log into Time or Fees

Click on File

Click on Staff

Highlight a staff member and click on View

Click on the my preferences tab

The staff members preferences screen will be displayed. The following options are available:

Use Grid Timesheet screens

By clicking this option the selected staff member will post timesheets with a grid timesheet.

Use original Timesheet screens

By clicking this option the selected staff member will post their timesheets using the original timesheet screen.

Use System default for timesheet screens

Select this option to use the system defaults, as set in the Time Ledger Options | Time Entry Tab.

 

Click on the Save button to retain any changes.
