Timesheets

Timesheets are used to record staff time against clients, expenses and non-charge activities.

 

To view a staff members timesheets:

  1. Enter the Remote Timesheet.

  2. Click Post WIP.

  3. Click Timesheets.

The Timesheets for Staff Member screen displays.

 

Staff Id

Click the magnifying glass next to Staff Id, or type the staff identifier.

 

Provided is a list of the staff members timesheets, with details of the from, To and Status of the timesheets:

 

From

The from date displays the date the timesheet started. For example 03/10/2003.

To

The to date displays the date that the timesheet ended. For example, 10/10/2003.

Status

Displayed is the status of the timesheet. Click here for further details of timesheets status.

New

Click New to create a new timesheet.  

 

The new timesheet details screen is presented providing details of the timesheet to be created. Click OK to confirm these details.

Re-open

Click Re-open to enter a timesheet with the status of current, or current and partly applied. Click here for further details on Timesheet status's.

View

Click View to view postings made into a timesheet. This is often used to view details of postings with a completed and fully applied timesheet.

 

Click on Close to exit.
