Actual vs Budget screen provides the ability to view clients with previous, current and year to date billed and budget values.
The following filters are available:
Client - use the text box and ellipsis to select client(s) from Client Browser window. Users can select one client at time using the ellipsis. Multiple clients can be selected and displayed in the text box separated by a comma.
Client Manager - use the text box and ellipsis to select from the Staff Browser. Users can select one value at time using the ellipsis. Multiple values can be selected and displayed in the text box separated by a comma. This will be pre-populated by default if the user logged in as the Job Manager.
Client Partner - use the text box and ellipsis to select from the Staff Browser. (Users can select one option at time using the ellipsis. Multiple values can be selected and displayed in the text box separated by a comma.
For Period - click the magnifying glass to enter the year and month from the Fees Ledger periods.

Client ID - displays Client ID
Client Name - displays client name
Partner ID - displays Partner ID
Partner Name - displays Partner Name
Manager ID - displays Manager ID
Manager Name - displays Manager Name
Previous Billed - displays the Previous Billed Period (Billed amount for 2004/07 if “For period” is 2004/08)
Previous Budget - displays the Previous Budget (Budget for 2004/07 if “For period” is 2004/08)
Current Billed - displays the Current Billed Period (Billed amount for 2004/08 if “For period” is 2004/08)
Current Budget - displays the Current Budget (Budget for 2004/08 if “For period” is 2004/08)
YTD Billed - displays the total billed (till 2004/08)
YTD Budget - displays the total budget (till 2004/08)
