Right-click on the IRIS icon and select Properties.
In the Shortcut tab, click Open File Location or Find Target (depending on which version of Windows you are using). This will open your IRIS (or TT) folder.
If you do not have an IRIS icon on your desktop, the folder can normally be located from, START | COMPUTER | C: DRIVE | IRIS (or TT) | LOGS
If you DO NOT use Microsoft Outlook, open a New email and locate your Logs.zip file. The folder can normally be located from, COMPUTER | C: DRIIVE | IRIS (or TT) | LOGS
Once you have located the Logs.zip file, attach this to an email by highlighting it and clicking Insert:
Please include:
Company Reference number and Company name
Name and contact details
Detail of the error along with any error messages appearing on the screen. (Please attach a Print Screen of the error message if possible)
