How to reset the IRIS Session Control files

• Before resetting the IRIS control files, ensure everyone is logged out of IRIS.

To reset the IRIS session control files:

1. Open the IRIS Main Menu.

2. Click File.

3. Click Utilities. A white IRIS Utilities screen will be displayed.

4. Click Fix.

5. Click Reset Session Control and then click Yes to confirm.

6. Exit IRIS Utilities.

7. Retry IRIS.
