This topic explains how to uninstall and reinstall Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0.
1. Extract the contents of the DNet.zip file downloaded from the IRIS Website.
2. Double-click on the utility cleanup_tool and click Yes.
3. Select .NET Framework 2.0 from the drop-down list and click Cleanup Now.
4. Allow the Cleanup Utility to complete and then reboot the machine.
5. Once rebooted, right-click on the IRIS icon, select Properties and click Find Target.
6. In the new windows double-click dotnetfx20.exe and follow the on screen prompts to reinstall the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 Component.
This process may require a reboot.
7. Retry IRIS.
