As the details entered for the Banks and Accounts in the Banks Database will apply to more than one product it is possible to enter the information in System Maintenance. Any user can access the Banks Database through System Maintenance.
Select System Maintenance and from the menu select System.
Select Browse banks to enter new banks into the database.
Select Browse accounts to enter new accounts for clients. New banks can also be set up through this option.
