The Accounts Production, Business Tax and Personal Tax systems may sometimes give a logical lock error.
If so, use [Clear] to remove the lock. Logical locks are used by Accounts Production and Business Tax while posting files are in use and by Personal Tax when the client is selected with the tree-view menu on screen.
In normal use the lock is cleared automatically and should not be cleared here.
