This is a process that combines a letter with information from a data file.
The CSV file exported by IRIS is a data file that may be imported and 'mal-merged' with a letter.
For example, the CSV file exported by IRIS could be used to insert the name and address of the client into a letter written in Microsoft Word.
We are unable to provide support for the process of importing files for mail-merge.
