This section is for all syndicate and non-syndicate income other than personal fund income which is entered in detail in the Lloyd’s Interest, Dividends, Foreign Income and Other Income sections.
Compensation receipts - include damages awarded as a result of a Court action, recovery of legal costs arising from litigation or any out of Court settlements that arise from membership of Lloyd's.
Other Lloyd's non-syndicate income - put a description of any income entered here in the Lloyd’s additional information screen.
Aggregate syndicate profits - enter tax-adjusted syndicate profits from CTA 1 here. Losses are entered in the losses screen.
Syndicate foreign tax - enter the total foreign tax shown on CTA 1.
Net withdrawal/ release from SRF - enter the net withdrawals from the Special Reserve Fund (SRF) shown on CTA 1. Net transfers to the SRF are entered on the outgoings screen. If this is the final year for tax purposes, enter the total amount paid from the SRF.
Stop loss recoveries - enter the personal stop loss recoveries payable.
Repayments of foreign tax - enter the sterling value of repayments of foreign tax for which relief has been allowed in an earlier year. The exchange rate to use is the same as the one used for the foreign tax paid in original relief claim.
