To access this screen, go to Edit | Share Register. This screen appears IF it is the first time entering the Share Register.
When entering the Share Register for the first time it states that there is no share register information for the client.
Here a check can be done for any information in Accounts Production which will then be pulled through to Company Secretarial.
Click Yes to search for any relevant information. Information such as share capital, directors shares and dividends.
Click No to enter the Share Register without searching for any information.
Click Cancel to exit this screen.
To reactivate the bridging process, delete all information within the Share Register, select Status, remove the tick in Bridging has been attempted and reduce the Highest share certificate number to zero.
