A new task can be posted through several screens and the below will cover some examples.
Click Post Task.
Enter who the task will be assigned to. It is possible to enter multiple staff members.
Enter details of Status, Due Date, Client, Client Job, Client Job Stage (if applicable).
Enter a subject and main notes (if applicable).
Click OK.
Highlight the appropriate Job Stage and click Post.
Change the staff member assigned to if needed.
Details regarding the client, client job and client job stage are filled automatically. This can be changed if needed.
Click OK.
If you need to change any details you can View the task and amend accordingly.
View the client and go to the WIP tab.
Click on Billing.
Enter the details of the Invoice and click Send To.
Enter the details of the staff id you wish the task to be sent to.
Click OK.
