To access this screen, go to Launch | Job Planning in the Staff Control Panel.
This screens allows a glance at the jobs that have been created under a particular client service. It is possible to create multiple jobs at once, which is very useful for the Personal Tax Job recurrence.
It is also possible to view specific client details and complete client job stages as appropriate as well as exporting the information to Excel.
With an AutoMail licence it is now possible to highlight a range of client, right-click, and choose Generate Letters. This will open AutoMail and then allow the required template to be used.
