The re-order allows to move stages so that they are in an earlier or later part of the profile. This is especially useful when creating new stages.
To re-order a stage highlight the stage in question. Then clicking on the up/down arrows move the stage to the desired position in the profile.
Once the stage is in the desired position click Save and this will update the database.
