Job Profile Maintenance Delete Quick Guide

To delete a stage from a job profile log into System Maintenance (with Practice Management open) and be in the Practice Management | Job Types/Profiles screen. Highlight the relevant job and click Profiles to display the Job Profile Maintenance screen. From here highlight the appropriate stage and then click Delete.

If at any time this stage has been marked as complete against a client then it will come up with a warning message saying CLIENT DATA HAS BEEN STORED AGAINST THIS STAGE!!! Are you sure that you want to proceed?

Clicking OK will give a delete job stage? THIS WILL ERASE ALL CLIENT DATA ASSOCIATED WITH THIS STAGE.

On confirming this it will finally delete the stage and go back to the Job Profile Maintenance screen. From here click Save and close the screen. If the screen is closed close without saving then the job stage will remain but all client information for that stage will have already been deleted.
