To access this screen, go to Launch | Data Mining in the Staff Control Panel. Then select Form and select Jobs (Arbitrary Qualification) from the drop-down list.
Within the form selection it is possible to select which unspecified job type and qualification to be searched on. As the qualification is free form you will need to type in the exact text of the qualifier to find the job you are looking for.
This then makes the job stages available within the fields to be searched on or displayed as required.
