Data Mining Saved Searches

To access these searches, go to Launch | Data Mining in the Staff Control Panel. Then select File | Open Search

Saved Searches

Once creating a search within data mining, it is possible to save this search so it can be quickly and easily be retrieved when needed. This can be achieved by going to  File | Save Search

To open a previously saved search, go to File | Open Search. As well as searches you have saved, there are a multitude of Standard IRIS searches setup already.

Standard Saved Searches

There are numerous standard saved searches here that can be used to quickly search and retrieve specific information within the IRIS database.

Below is a list of all the standard Saved searches available:

• 1st payment on account outstanding

• 2nd payment on account outstanding

• All Accounts production clients.

• All clients' UTR nunber and address

• All Clients

• Accounts clients with no APE (Accounting Period End)

• Basic Rate

• Class 4NIC payments

• Client telephone, fax and email

• Client WIP and fees balances

• Clients over 50

• Clients under 50

• Personal Tax data entry complete

• Personal Tax data entry not complete

• Higher dividends rate

• Higher rate

• Income greater than 10k

• Individuals with capital gains tax

• Labels

• Ltd company clients of Accounts
