Data Mining - Form - Client Attributes

To access this screen, go to Launch | Data Mining in the Staff Control Panel.

Then select Form and select Client Attributes from the drop-down list.

It is possible to search from the attributes available. This can be so that the client must have all the selected attributes or at least one of the selected.
