To access this screen, go to Communication Tracking in the Staff Control Panel, then click on the Link tab.
It is possible to specify who added and/or actioned the item, where it is a single staff member, or staff reporting to a specific partner or manager.
A date range can be specified for when the items should have been added or actioned. The batch number of the item may also be specified as well as which staff member the item was assigned to.
