To access this screen, go to Launch | Client Lookup in the Staff Control Panel, then select an appropriate client. Then click Send Email | Logged Email
This provides the facility to send an email to a particular client through the particular default E-mail program used. There is either the option to send a Logged or Un-Logged e-mail.
A Logged E-mail will get logged as a communication item within Communication tracking. An un-logged e-mail will not be logged.
If the client has more than one email address, a dialogue box displays, allowing the recipients email address to be selected from a list.
